If I could bottle Andy I would be in possession of the greatest tonic, energiser and thought provoker around today. Using everday experiences and examples, Andy clearly sets the question 'why can't we be ourselves, excellently more often?'and convincingly tells us how. No snake oil rememedies, just honest simple gems of wisdom. Andy turns the most cynical (from board members to 14 year olds) into energetic, motivated participants - even on repeated viewing. Andy adds value, energy, enthusiasm and what is more he walks the talk - he is, himself, Brilliant!!

I think the simplicity of his talk and ideas were extremely refreshing. He did not just preach, but also had simple DIY tips for people to make a difference in their lives...Extremely witty and sharp, he made the audience come to life, kids and teachers alike. People wanted more of him by the end of it!

Andy is your man for a pragmatic common sense approach to positive thinking. His course delivery is heartfelt and upbeat, and exceptional in quality. His genuine desire to see kids and adults alike flourish, forged with sensible goal setting, fantastic yet easy to apply methodologies, and solid research really sets a new benchmark in this arena. What is more, Andy Cope is not about turning you into something you arent! It just about being the absolute best "you", that you can be - and without any fluff. You always come away feeling energised, realistic, inspired and refreshed and armed with excellent easy to apply (and remember) tools in your arsenal for life. Just wish I'd have come up with it!

After seeing many speakers, reading loads of books on personal development and even going to the extreme of walking on fire to transform my life, with minimal results you were a breath of fresh air. The messages are just common sense( which for some reason the world seems to lack) and so power when put into practise. Andy has a really warm and engaging style and I thoroughly enjoyed the stories he told and took away some real key learning.

Thought-provoking and great fun. I really identified with your messages about being more positive and have already put your tips into practice (to great effect so far!)
The conference was buzzing. Best event ever

Simple, yet life changing messages powerfully presented without heavy academia. Your style is warm and engaging yet able to challenge hardened sceptics. In a word, inspirational!
