Baruch is a high-level Java and training professional - consultant, architect and lecturer with more than 10 years of experience designing, developing, mentoring and lecturing on complex enterprise applications on the JVM Platform. Baruch joined BMC Software at the end of 2010 as an innovations expert after completing 6 years in AlphaCSP as a senior consultant, architect and training center manager.

Hearing Baruch lectures is truly a unique experience.

One example I can give is a lecture he gave on a certain technology (not mentioning which, but very important and well known) which was much more interesting, enjoyable, educative than a similar lecture given by the guy who wrote that technology.
