Thumb I have been to several of Brian's pub events and I have always been pleased. In addition to be an informative speaker he always seems to have appropriate images or video that add something to whatever he is discussing. Unlike some other skeptics he doesn't take himself too seriously and he is very approachable to laypeople.

Thumb It was scintillating, exiting, entertaining, educational, and poignant. I enjoyed the humor and little bit of sass from the speaker, as well as the comprehensive responses to the questions provided at that time. I was also surprised and delighted at the interlude that summarized the history of science through a variety of musical types across the ages.
