Bio

Integrity. Knowledge. Humor. Expertise. Debbie Levitt has been speaking and training small and large groups of people at private events and public conferences since 1996. Now, Debbie is one of the most visible speakers at events relating to eBay and online selling with specialties including branding and marketing, user interface design and user experience, online selling strategies, and entrepreneurship.

Debbie's goal is to engage an audience into forgetting that they own smartphones. She writes all of her own material and presentations, and uses raw honesty and clever comedy to keep the attendees connected, laughing, listening, and learning.

Debbie is available for keynote speeches, private and corporate training, convention seminars, and conference presentations. She's also ready for anything informative that you might call motivational or inspirational for which Debbie can write some good comedy.

Debbie's Bio

In 1995, Debbie was teaching herself HTML, and grabbed a copy of Photoshop 2.0. She started a website design and online marketing company called As Was. Here, Debbie used concepts of psychology and web usability to create revolutionary websites. Other areas of Debbies work took off in the mid-1990s including teaching, training, and freelance writing.

In 2001, Debbie repositioned As Was to focus more on helping eBay sellers with branding, marketing, design, and strategy. Debbie created eBay consulting, and her company continues to design eBay listing templates that are unmatched in how innovative and effective they are while adhering to all of eBays rules and best practices. While other companies claiming to specialize in eBay pump out bland, cookie-cutter collages, what makes As Was eBay designs so unique and such strong performers are the attention to UX/UI principles. As Was was the only eBay-related company recognized in Seth Godins Bull Market directory of companies that will make other companies a purple cow.

Debbie contributed to the books listed below, but is not a credited author.
