From the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota area and an engineer by training, Diane has not always been so good at small talk! Through life experiences, including being the owner of a small technology firm, Diane has learned that making people feel valued and understood is the key to having profitable conversations. You need to build relationships before you can build business!
Diane's keynotes, on communication, leadership, business storytelling, conflict resolution and networking are filled with stories that inspire audiences to be better at connecting with people. Her workshops give audiences tools to have better, more profitable conversations and ones that matter most!

I asked Diane giver her "How to Deal With People that Drive You Crazy" presentation at our annual EDAM Conference last summer. I had met Diane through Toastmasters, and had always been very impressed with her speaking. Diane did an exceptional job not only captivating the audience, but encouraging participation.
