Donny is an author, motivational speaker, co-host on Motivate Alabama Radio, and president of Ingram Management Group. Donny is a talented top producer and winning sales manager. He is known as the PRIDE strategist with a message that ignites his listeners to take Personal Responsibility In Developing Excellence in every area of life. He is responsible for the development of "Recognizing Your Potential" a corporate training program that focuses on human design, communication and attitude.
For the last 12 years Donny has trained and coached corporate personnel in the area of sales, sales management, customer service and personal development. He is a certified continuing education trainer for the Alabama State Board of HV/AC contractors. He also serves as a contract trainer for several educational institutions.
Donny's success in leadership with major organizations, his experience as a small business owner, his skill in recruiting, developing and managing people make him the perfect speaker for many audiences.
His experiences while living, working and traveling in the Middle East are a plus for any audience. His training is simple, practical, easy to remember, and can be put to use immediately. Donny has been married to wife Charlotte for over 35 years and they have raised three successful sons. Together they founded "Success in the Home" a marriage and family relationship training series. They have lived, worked and studied abroad with many different cultures and nationalities. Donny has a goal of helping people recognize their true potential and maximize their efforts in order to live life to its fullest.
