With over twenty years as an aerospace engineering psychologist, Dr. Tulloch has made presentations to various federal agencies including: NASA, FAA, NRC, FBI, US Army Missile Command, USAF, US Navy, Marine Corps, and folks he doesn't talk about. He has presented at a wide variety of scientific and professional conferences including: the Electric Power Research Institute, Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, The American Psychological Society, to mention three, as well as local chapters of societies such as the Space Coast chapter of HFES and the Pomona chapter of the American Management Association.
Dr. Tulloch has undergraduate and graduate courses including all courses required for a Masters degree in Human Factors Engineering. He has taught at USD, WIT, the University of Tennessee, and the Florida Institute of Technology.
He has a variety of research interests and a life long interest in muscle physiology.
