Jessi LaCosta, is one of the only specialists nationally, to work at the nexus of branding, leadership, strategy, psychology and neuroscience. Her purpose is to transform individuals, organizations, and communities into becoming effective, healthy and sustainable. Her main tools for achieving success include coaching, training, and facilitation to help clients articulate and implement their visions.

LaCosta is passionate about an integrated, systems approach to innovative, authentic and strategic development. She has more than 17 years experience in reputation management and strategic communications. Always approaching situations with a creative and focused perspective, Lacosta brings an eclectic and rich background with her.

Before coaching and consulting, she worked at one of the nation's top advertising agencies, Deutsch Inc., and executed research, planning and account management for successful regional and national client campaigns. She also has held public relations, marketing, training and sales positions in other industries including media, museums, technology retrieval and medical marketing.

LaCosta has reconstructed organizations institutional branding efforts, facilitated brainstorming and leadership sessions and coached for strategic acumen among supervisors, managers and executives. She has also worked with solopreneurs and entrepreneurs on their initial business building, branding and leadership platforms.

She offers laser-like focusing on issues and problem solving, but always with a compassionate and creative approach. She is very skilled in helping others find clarity in their situations whether they stem from extreme challenge or high potential.

LaCosta is a sought-after presenter on issues such as branding, strategic communications and motivation. Additionally, as a violent assault survivor, she is often invited to speak and write on the topics of risk-taking and conflict resolution.

Her clients span many sectors and include: The Boys and Girls Clubs, Portland State University, the Delaware State Arts Council, Ecolite, American Diabetes Association, Delaware Division of the Arts, San Diego State Cross Cultural Center, scientists, executive coaches, government administrators and small business owners just to name a few.

LaCosta holds a B.S. degree in Corporate Media from James Madison University, and both an M.A. degree in Communication Design and Leadership Certificate from the University of Baltimore. She has just earned certificate in Interpersonal Neurobiology from Portland State, is also a certified trained mediator for the state of California and a Certified Mastermind Executive Coach.
