I have booked Spencer multiple times to speak at our summer and winter camps. He has been our most requested speaker by both students and their adult leaders. He consistently challenges students and his messages are not soon forgotten. Spencer speaks from the heart but makes sure to tie everything he says and thinks to what Jesus said and did. Jimmy Spencer Jr is just a good guy trying to change the world, and himself, one act of love at a time. He's the Founder and CEO of Love Without Agenda. LWA is building a free platform to be used by millions of people to accomplish a common good in the field of social innovation, just as Craigslist, Amazon and Facebook did for their respective fields of classifieds, retail, and relationships. He's quickly becoming a rising star in advising businesses who build socially responsible companies and attract socially responsible consumers.
But, it's in front of people where Spencer shines brightest.
**Spencer's voice is reminding society that every single human has inherent and irrevocable value, and that the process of serving others without agenda, changes us, as we work to change the world.

He's perpetually single, traveling and consumed by his work. He's a former University of Missouri athlete. He likes to eat out and walks along Lake Michigan as a refuge from stress. I have heard Jimmy Spencer speak on several occasions, and I am always amazed at his ability to draw people in. Shades of Autumn was no exception. There were people in the audience from all walks of life, and Jimmy brought them all together through the gift of storytelling. He takes a common life experience and turns it on it's head so we can look at it from a different perspective. When Jimmy speaks, I sit on the edge of my seat wondering where he is going to take me. But it's always to a good place that challenges me, and makes me smile at the same time.

Our students were challenged to move in the area of service to community. I would highly recommend Jimmy and look forward to seeing and hearing him again share what God has placed upon his heart.

I first brought a group of students to hear him,the kids who were in the back of the room and did not want to be inspired, were. Everyone wants to go to hear him again and return, with their parents and friends. Spencer speaks with passion and purpose, profound thought mixed in simple story and funnyness. He comes from a background of faith and that faith compels him to authenticity care about people out of and a genuine heart.
