Dr. La Puma gave an extremely informative and helpful talk. He really demystified a field in which it can be difficult to obtain reliable information. His talk was very engaging and he was truly interested in helping the audience members achieve their individual goals. I would love to hear him speak again and would encourage anyone to take advantage of this tremendous person! He is extremely gifted and not to be missed!

Dr. John La Puma is one of the most charismatic speakers around. His talk on culinary medicine – accompanied by an engaging visual presentation – was creative, inspiring and entertaining. The audience left feeling both informed and empowered, with a confident motivation to explore the themes set forth in the talk. Best of all, a comprehensive take-home handout made it easy to put Dr. La Puma's ideas into action. I'm definitely looking forward to hearing him speak again!

Very engaging and super knowledgeable. Kept me completely engaged for his entire session.
Makes the information very easy to grasp and has a great presence.
Q&A was also very compelling. He connected with the audience and made the questioner feel heard, acknowledged, and answered.

Inspirational, visionary, personal, warm, smart...and still practical. The audience loved you. And I actually felt better, more capable, prouder after you spoke. Thank you so much!
Also, my company started meetings on changing its cafeteria when you tied productivity to food intake.
