John is a great speaker. His speech are always well structured and never boring.
The fact that a lot of the time the slides are actual demos makes it impossible to get distracted/bored while he is presenting.
It's a major "touch" that people should try to copy when possible.
Also, he made jQuery: the best thing that happened to WebDevelopment after XHR. In my humble opinion.

Informative talk that catered to a wide audience. Great to learn new tricks. He was accessible and happy to answer questions.

John lives and breathes Jquery. This is evident in his excellent oratory skills, with a deep technical knowledge - but also the ability to explain things in laymans terms. Will be great to follow this young man into the future - he is and continues to be a trend-setter - and people will take the his lead - depending on where he takes us.

John is a fantastic speaker in the 3 times I have seen him speak (Boston jQuery conference and Ajax Experience in 2008, Boston jQuery in 2009). He is respectful to his peers/competition (YUI, Dojo, etc), he makes is a point to display jQuery's strengths instead of putting down other products (which happens way too often).
I look forward to attending more of his sessions in a future jQuery/JavaScript based event in 2011

John did a great job of tailoring his speech to the audience. He allowed plenty of time for questions and was happy to talk to people after the presentation was over.
