Ken's natural craving for knowledge keeps him on the edge of what's happening in the mortgage industry - from the politics in D.C. to nitty-gritty street talk . He has earned the status of "expert" not because this is his j.o.b., but because he truly has a passion about what's happening in the mortgage industry. He's able to dissect really dry and complex information and relay it to his audience in a fun and informative format. Even his piers consult him, knowing that if he doesn't already have the answer to something, he's about to. Mortgage professional all over are fortunate to have such an interesting speaker to refer to. He's outgoing, gregarious, and knowledgable and once you've seen him speak, you'll be back for more!

you keep me awake - laughing AND learning. Seriously, this info ranges from stupid, to dull, to critical - you somehow manage to break it down to my level so I can comprehend it all and stay on top of all the industry changes - thanks!

I am continually impressed not only with Ken's depth of knowledge, but also his dedication to our industry. Ken is a champion of mortgage professionals across the country. Nobody digs deeper, asks harder questions or analyzes things more thoroughly. I've been in the industry since 1989, and have always prided myself on my level of knowledge but I can't hold a candle to Ken. His appetite for learning and educating is voracious and it shows in his classes. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Multiple times over the last several years.
