I have known Laurie since we were kids in middle school. I knew her before, during and after her accident. We really became close friends in high school. She has always had a very caring heart, an incredibly strong witness and a ready and reliable faithfulness! I was very honored and blessed to have her come and share her beautiful voice and moving testimony with our congregation. She has an amazing story that claims true the promises of God's Word! She is sure to be a blessing, encouragement and inspiration to any group and I wholeheartedly recommend that everyone hear her story and experience the blessing of her presence.

I loved the fact that you were able to adapt your story to young children and they got so much out of it. The children went home that day and told their parents what they had heard and learned that day. They seemed very inspired and absolutely loved your singing. You are so positive and shine with the joy you have in Christ. It helped me deal with little things going on in my life by looking to Jesus to be in control instead of focusing on the circumstances. You are awesome!

Our women, all of whom are impacted by disability, were moved to tears by your testimony, encouragement and honesty. Your songs were sweet and ministered to them as well. Thanks so much for sharing your heart and life with our precious women who need to hear words of hope.

I have attended three events at which Laurie was the keynote speaker and singer. Her angelic voice and heart-warming testimony leave a lasting impression on her audience long after the event is over. No two performances of Laurie’s are the same because she allows the Holy Spirit to work through her to deliver the message God intends for the audience. As a singer, songwriter, and speaker, Laurie’s tireless work for the Lord shines through in her performances.

Laurie is a dedicated Christian speaker and vocalist with an amazing testimony which she shares beautifully. Her sincerity and her trust in God are very obvious as she opens her heart to her audience. I have been encouraged and uplifted on every occasion I have had the privilege to hear her speak and lead in song.

Laurie, You have an inner spirit that could only be from God. The first time I heard you sing and speak I knew it; I felt it!
I felt drawn to you. In spite of your disability, you have a way of making others feel so comfortable.
Your smile is contagous; your genuine concern for others is obvious as you speak. Your heart is filled with such a strong desire to reach others for Christ, never once thinking about yourself or your disability.
You don't dwell in your pain and the problems which come with a disability such as yours. That comes second to others and God's leading in your life.
You sing with the voice of an angel, and you speak with a heart filled with love; drawing others to your message of God's grace and love with words spoken so powerfully.
There is a sense of humor in your speaking which makes others laugh and feel at ease. I could sit and listen to you speak and sing never once wondering what the time may be.
You have been a true blessing sent from God in my life and in the lives of so many others. I am so honored to be on the receiving end of your endless concern and care.
