Lynn is a dynamic trainer who has been designing, developing and/or facilitating high energy, action oriented learning events for over 20 years. While specializing in Leadership and Management training, Lynn can also develop highly interactive technical training for your Subject Matter Experts to facilitate.

Lynn started Performance Partners as a second career after 20 years on active duty as a Navy Nurse Corps Officer. Her passion is helping people develop the skills they need to move to higher levels of performance.
