Dear Marsh Wow! Your teleseminar on email productivity came at just the right time! I have been thinking for weeks, how can I be more productive and manage all this e-mail!! Well, thanks to your class, I now have the answers. I loved your tips and ideas and was able to put them in practice immediately! Those action A and B boxes were a nifty idea! Typically, I have around 400 emails in my in box and I am happy to say, I'm down to 10! I feel so much more organized and know that this will help shave off hours of busy work from my workday! Thanks so much, I love your upbeat and fun approach to all this!

Your Email Savvy session saved my life. I receive between 150 and 200 emails a day. Now I manage it, it no longer manages me. I can find what I do chose to keep quickly and I do not keep much.
Thanks for all you do to save us from drowning in the paper our paper industry requires us to keep.

Marsha, I was fortunate enough to hear you speak at a Regional Convention of the National Association of Insurance Women several years ago and have received your informative newsletter ever since. So when I saw the offer to listen to the teleconference on Managing your Emails I knew it would be good!
One thing I took away from the seminar was the "two minute rule". If you can read and process the email in less than two minutes then do it and get it out of the way! I plan to share what a learned from the teleconference with my fellow employees. I also liked the idea of the three action folders and have set them up already.

I want to thank you for not only presenting “Speed Networking†to the Philadelphia American Marketing Association Chapter but also helping us develop the concept. Your energy and enthusiasm are contagious which was crucial for this event. We received a lot of positive feedback. Everyone appreciated your advice about building relationships instead of accumulating business cards and your tips on how to overcome common awkward moments. I think everyone was able to leave the night having learned practical skills and made some good connections.

I want to personally thank you for stepping up to the plate and conducting the “Art of Negotiating†Workshop for the “Paving the Way†Conference. Your willingness to conduct this workshop with less than two hours preparation time, after the planned speaker backed out was remarkable. Your subject matter knowledge and delivery of the program is indicative of your workshop evaluation receiving high marks and we greatly appreciate it.

I thought your talk on Saturday was excellent - I was very impressed, but not surprised. I knew you are good! But what really impressed me was that you drove all night for a half hour speech that they shortened to 22 minutes! Most people would have blown it off, saying they could not possibly get there. I doubt I would have driven all night! But not you - you make a commitment and stand by it - very impressive!! I hope they properly appreciated what you did for them. So, great job!!!!!

The Resilience and Building Relationships Seminars which you conducted at the Tampa Leadership Summit were great! It can be extremely challenging to keep an audience focused and proactive, especially for back-to-back Seminars, but your energy and enthusiasm definitely contributed to success of each session. Both Seminars provided practical advice, which will help me as incoming Chapter President, and as CEO of my own Company.. You also provided many helpful ideas, which I look forward to sharing with our Chapter in the upcoming months.
