MC, Speaker and Author of Faff, Mike is passionate about making your business profitable. His book focuses on Faffing About and Productivity, when he speaks you will be left with no doubt in your mind that he is serious about the topic. Mike is on a mission to make Busyness simple. Having spent the first half or his working life in the corporate world with HSBC group and Forte hotels with Granada group, he was then accused of being the best salesman in the world when he convinced a wife, baby, rucksack, no home, no job nor car and moved to Western Australia.

Life changed for Mike there when he was introduced to the fast world of entrepreneurial business and the web, providing commercial skills to a young dot com business that is still trading, and continues to grow.

After three years in Australia, Mike returned to the UK and in 2002 set up Breaking Frontiers to deliver all his speaking, MCing, workshops and coaching programmes.

Mikes passion is sales and productivity, one of his greatest frustrations in life is seeing wasted talent and opportunities. That was the motivation for writing his book Faff. All of our levels of productivity vary according to external and internal factors that we can, in the main, control.

If you cant measure it or track it, then you cant do it, is what Mike Pagan would say if he was your Sales and Marketing Director.

We spend too much money, time and effort faffing about on randomly selected marketing methods whose effectiveness is not measured or tracked. It is vital to concentrate on a limited number of truly relevant marketing methods to avoid the random spray and prey approach.
