Monica is an engaging speaker. From the moment she appears at the podium Monica holds her audience in the palm of her hand. I have had the pleasure of attending the "Ask the Organizer" panel discussion as an audience member the past few years. Many of the questions come from the audience. Sometimes these questions need to be restated or interpreted so the panel can understand what the audience member is really asking. Monica is very patient and thoughtful when this happens.She is also adept at funneling the questions to the correct panel member and at making sure that every panel member has a chance to be heard.
