We hired Rod Collins to present at our Quarterly Breakfast Series event in December, 2010. Not only was he a huge hit with our audience, Rod was extremely professional and a great partner. He was responsive to our needs and able to tailor his speech to our specific audience. Rod’s topic is dynamic, innovative and cutting-edge. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Rod for a speaking engagement.

Very rich, useful and original content informed by actual experience. Professionally delivered--both wit and wisdom. One of the better talks I've heard in the past three years.

Rod gave a great talk on a great topic. I think he is really onto something as it relates how business needs to operate in the Wiki World or digital age versus the old industrial age. Based on the level of engagement and questions from the audience, he really struck a chord with them. Great talk!

Rod is very passionate and compelling in his presentation. I enjoyed his enthusiasm, his professionalism, his honesty, his humor. Rod brought great stories from his life experiences to give great validity to the content. And most of all, it is most relevant, forward thinking and concrete information that can and should be carefully considered.

I, personally, thought that your talk was extremely insightful and entertaining. The concept of an emerging management system that is collaborative rather than hierarchical is at the cutting edge of management theories today. You made it clear that companies can run smarter, faster and more efficiently by working together rather than by top-down decision making.

Rod suggests that business leaders need to reconfigure the corporate structure making the reporting structure a horizontal one rather than the traditional vertical model. He details why this change needs to be made as well as the benefits that everyone will realize once each person is given equal authority and responsibility.
Rod is able to put this concept into words that everyone can understand and that makes a great deal of sense. His book is a great asset which gives people a resource to refer to after the talk is over. The Wiki-World is demanding a new paradigm and Rod is clear and concise when explaining these new concepts. Businesses that follow these steps will benefit greatly.
