Russell J. White, CSP

Russell J. White, president of Pinnacle Solutions, is one of Americas leading business speakers. He is an author, consultant, international speaker, and business expert on putting your business on Fast Forward in the areas of leadership, sales and service.

The Speaker

Over the last 20 years, Russell has given hundreds of speeches with consistent rave reviews and is also eagerly represented by speaker bureaus across the country. He has been a frequent guest on television and radio including his weekly radio show Business in the New Economy. He is considered both a motivational speaker and a business speaker with a range of topics on leadership, sales, and service. The National Speakers Association has given him its highest earned designation of Certified Speaking Professional.

The Consultant

An award-winning business owner and entrepreneur, Russell White has counseled CEOs and top executives from over 500 organizations to significantly improve profitability, sales, and leadership specifically through his Fast Forward Strategic Planning process. He also advises organizations on how to grow the customer base and revitalize and re-energize their workforces.

The Author

Russell has written a number of books on leadership, is a columnist for magazines, and has produced hundreds of client-customized articles. His books, Russells Rules: Just Do This Lead!, Little White Truths: Lessons for Leadership, and Debunking the Designated Decoy: Get to the truth in your organization! have been must reads for managerial study programs for years.

The Volunteer

Russell has served on many volunteer boards including chairing the Winthrop University Small Business Development Center, various community associations including Chambers of Commerce boards and church lay-leadership boards. He has been a fund raiser for the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society, Girls on the Run, and frequently donates his time and talents to non-profit organizations.

The Man

Russell enjoys his life. He is a music fanatic, film buff, avid golfer, and an adventurer. Living life to the fullest is the same approach he uses in his programs: full speed ahead. He also loves to accomplish his bucket list items every year and he is driven to do them all. To relax he finds nothing better than using his culinary skills to entertain friends and family, or playing with his dogs.
