What a great presentation Mr. Silverstein delivered to the St. Louis Chapter of International Association of Administrative Professionals during our Anniversary Celebration and Installation of Officers. This was a wonderfully interactive session during which we learned where our excuses can hide and why it’s so important to confront and eliminate them. No More Excuses, such an excellent message for each of us to implement.

At this point in my life (I'm 61) it is easy to feel like you are coasting - just waiting to finish up. It has made me uncomfortable and Sam showed me ways to ratchet up my game again to really contribute to my life. It was a pleasure to work with Sam and his staff. I know it isn't easy to compact so much information into an hour but you did a great job. I know my chapter members were pleased.

I loved the way the presentation was started....it was very entertaining and really grabbed my attention! Hearing how you solved the dilemma that you found yourself in was not only entertaining but displayed the importance of knowing and being devoted to your own personal values. I also appreciated the eye to eye contact and involvement of the attendees which added a personal touch to the presentation. My only regret is that our time available for the presentation wasn't longer so we could have enjoyed more of your challenging ideas. "No More Excuses" is a "Must-Hear" presentation! Thank you for honoring us with your challenging words of wisdom!
