Sandy's presentation "Why She Does it Better - a Lesson in Leadership" made me take a look at myself and to step back and think how I can improve and become a better leader. She provided tools and exercises which I have been working on at home and sharing with my friends. Besides being ultra knowledgable, Sandy Spadaro is dynamic and entertaining. She kept the full attention of the audience and I heard alot of positive talk after the lecture. (By the way, this is the 6th time I have heard Sandy speak and I continue going back for more!!!)

Bio
A graduate of the Ohio State University with a working background in marketing, communications and business management, Sandy Spadaro utilizes her skills and experience to assist clients (a melting pot of small to medium businesses, professional organizations and non-profit associations) with marketing strategy, public relations planning and development training through her firm, SS Marketing Solutions.
As one of New Jersey's Forty Under 40 and NJ's 50 Best Women in Business, Spadaro is currently the President of South Jerseys National Association of Women Business Owners and is known for her specialty in assertive communications. She regularly presents on topics of communication, marketing & leadership at regional and national conferences and client events. She showcases a variety of her most requested speaking topics in her new blog, Stealth Communication Habits of the Assertive Woman at www.sandyspadaro.com . Additionally, Sandy's published works have reached reader audiences through local and national news, magazine and web publications. Her most recent project-of-passion is the co-hosting of marketing podcast series, 10 Minutes at Exit 4 at www.10Exit4.com.
