With over ten years of international experience in innovation, thought leadership and implementation planning, Scotts experience includes technology solutions and strategies in retail banking, risk management, cash management, transaction banking and mobile financial services.
He worked with various governments and took on key advisory roles for countrywide infrastructure and projects in mobile commerce, remittances and banking throughout the Asia Pacific and African regions for both developed and emerging markets. He strategically contributed to projects in countries such as Cambodia, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore, yielding strategic and measurable results in developing the mobile commerce space for these markets.
Scott recently joined Movenbank, the worlds first everyday cardless bank with commercial operations due to commence in the second half of 2012. As Movenbanks Chief Mobile Officer, he is leading the charge to define Movenbanks groundbreaking mobile-centric vision and implementing the technologies that will enable Movenbank customers to spend, save and live smarter.
Scott runs the regional office for strategic advisory firm User Strategy with best selling Bank 2.0 author Brett King. He enables clients to capture the opportunities presented by new and emerging technologies, as well as realize the concrete benefits of a properly executed social network strategy.

Scott has a Bachelor of Applied Science, a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology and a Masters of Business from Swinburne University of Technology.
