Shaun Hays is an international speaker from the Chicago area who uses multiple talents to inspire, educate and entertain his audiences. Shaun uses speed chalk art set to moving music to "wow" his audiences with high intensity, color and emotion. He calls it "Chalk Rock!" It is a truly unforgettable experience. His speeches are full of humor and depth. His newest book, "The Burning Heart Of a Difference Maker" is receiving amazing reviews. Shaun's usual clientele are from the Education, Business and Christian fields, where he presents on motivating subjects ranging from Attitude, Individuality, Fresh Starts and overcoming abuse and depression. He is also an advocate for teens with Bipolar Disorder.
Shaun has been mentoring teens and young adults for almost 20 years. His professional speaking career began in 2001 when long time friend Sam Glenn encouraged him to "do for the masses what you do for individuals". Since his humble beginnings in a local youth organization, Shaun has traveled to Europe many times, to Mexico and all areas of North America.
Shaun's latest school assembly programs have earned him rave reviews and a spot on the 2011-2012 U.S. "Teen Impact Tour". For the last several years, Shaun has had such impacting effects on the communities that he has visited, that his office has grown to include a huge staff of volunteers to work on tours and followup programs in order to meet demand.
"My purpose is to leave each coordinator wondering: 'How am I ever going to top that?' I believe in having a consistently effective program that feels fresh every time. If I don't blow you away...I haven't done my job. Audiences want usable information that applies to them right now and everyday. I give them just that while thoroughly entertaining them and taking them off guard. The audiences come out feeling rejuvenated and excited to meet life head on!", says Shaun.

Shaun is a charismatic and energetic speaker, who engages his audience and drives home his ideas in a creative and unique way! The rapid chalk art he uses to accompany his speeches perfectly draws his presentations together. When Shaun gets up to speak, the audience pays attention, and by the end, they will be excited to tell their friends about the awesome guy they saw! From a personal standpoint, Shaun's message has greatly influenced my life for the positive and i often tell the administrators I run into that they could definitely benefit from having him!
