I'm a Crocodile . . . what animal are you?
Stefan was amazing! His comparison of our individual personality types to animals of Africa was beyond belief how similiar we truly are to the wildlife!
Stefan also understands the Real Estate industry and what agents are up against in regards to technology. He is a real visionary who sees the newest trends in our industry. Thank you Stefan for speaking at the WCR Long Beach meeting!

(For example, I am 5'2" yet in Stephans analysis, I am a giraffe!)His is a very unique presentation teaching us to identify others by their approaches to problem solving and relating to others. Stefan's presentation and book is relevant and useful information that I can apply to myself both personally and professionally. I love the fact that he has identified skills and survival techniques with animals of the Serengeti that can also be compared to individual traits that we all possess. It has helped recognize and appreciate the different dynamics and personality types in others and I feel I will benefit greatly from this.

I love animals and I love nature. Stefan used both to illustrate how humans can relate themselves to animal traits to capitalize on their strengths and find other people to help them in areas that they are not as proficient. I bought his book half-way through his talk and was reading it before the sun went down. Go see Stefan if you ever get the chance.

I found Stefan to be an engaging and dynamic speaker that took everyone on a spectacular visual journey. Throughout the presentation Stefan shares great insight into our animal characteristics that everyone possess. What I loved most is that each characteristic was shown to reflect the STRENGTH of the individual, never dwelling on the negative, only giving insight as to how we use these characteristics to our advantage. The concept of building teams of diverse types to make strong successful teams is one that everyone needs to hear....it takes a village and together we are stronger. Fantastic presentation, everyone is still buzzing with the ah-ha's.

Having lived in Africa, I found Stefan's analogies to these magnificient animals wonderful. Surviving the Serengeti is an excellent way to look at teamwork and creating synergy. AS always, Stefan is a dynamic, exciting and extremely knowledgeable speaker. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to know about Trends in Real Estate, how to work with a diverse team of leaders and anything else he sets his mind to speak on because I know he will be fabulous.

After hearing Stefan speak, I completely shifted my paradigm on how I view younger people who were raised in a different technological era than I was. As a business owner and employer, frustration is not productive - understanding and learning how to work WITH them is. His understanding of the latest technology and his ability to present it as a trend from an empirical standpoint allows me to conceive of implementing it into my business even though it all kind of makes my head spin. No matter how often I hear him speak, it is always new and fresh and learn so much.

Yes! My organization puts on the event and Stefan has been our keynote speaker three years running. We survey the hundreds of attendees and Stefan's rankings are off the chart. One question asks the brokers if they would like Stefan back and another question asks what other keynote speaker would they like to hear.
